Methylation analysis depends on accurate molecular testing to deliver high quality results. Many of the technologies available are expensive and time consuming and are restricted to short amplicon detection with no multiplexing capabilities.

Quantitatively assess methylation changes in CpG rich-regions ranging from 150bp – 550bp in length using MassCLEAVE™ chemistry. Easily validate findings from genome-wide methylation screening studies and cost-effectively test hundreds to thousands of samples.

MLH1 Methylation Panel

  • Detect methylation changes in MLH1implicated in lynch syndrome
  • Ideally suited for solid tumor tissue samples with limit of detection ≥5%
  • Requires 40 ng of bisulfite converted DNA

  • Test 24 samples in a single run

MGMT Methylation Panel

  • Detect methylation changes in MGMT promoter region implicated in gliomas and glioblastomas
  • Ideally suited for solid tumor tissue samples with limit of detection ≥5%
  • Requires 10 ng of bisulfite converted DNA
  • from DNA to data in a single workday
  • Test 96 samples in a single run
